Sandy Cove Trading Company est une société australienne locale qui crée des accessoires pratiques et élégants pour le voyageur éco-conscient. Fondée par Duncan et Phoebe en 2013, l'idée est née après qu'ils en aient eu assez de la routine du travail et que le couple a décidé de partir explorer le monde. Au cours de leurs voyages, ils ont eu l'idée de créer Sandy Cove Trading Company, un e-shop fait par les voyageurs pour les voyageurs.

Claire Tincey, 23 ans, est étudiante en dernière année d'architecture d'intérieur à l'Université Curtin à Perth. Claire Tincey Designs est une gamme de peintures à l'aquarelle avec des cartes du monde, des animaux et et plein d'inspiration de voyage et nature. Cela a commencé quand Claire n'a pas pu trouver d'oeuvres qui lui plaisait pour mettre au dessus de son lit, elle a donc décider de commencer à peindre, et comme elle a toujours aimé voyager, elle a nommé son premier tableau Wanderlust. Elle a vendu depuis plus de 25 toiles peintes à la main et à commencé à vendre des gravures, et plus récemment, des cartes-cadeaux. Elle fait aussi des lampes et des pots en béton en collaboration avec son petit ami, Chris - nommé C & Co Concrete.

Instagram The Frenchie Escapes Giveaway contest Terms and Conditions Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Partners of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The promotion commences at 1pm AEST Saturday 16 April 2016 to 5:00pm AEST Sunday 24 April 2016 (“promotion period”). To enter, participants must post a photo on Instagram of their favourite outdoor place to escape, and hashtag #TheFrenchieEscapesGiveAway. Participants must follow and tag @thefrenchieescapes to receive a valid entry into the competition.

Responses must be received by the promoter during the promotion period.

Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant and any automated entries will be invalid.

Entries must be submitted by a public Instagram account.

Any costs associated with use of Instagram will be the responsibility of the entrant and entrants agree to be bound by Instagram’s terms of use.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not submitted in accordance with these conditions of entry.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

The prizes will be a 'where to next?' Multicoloured watercolour world maps created by Claire Tincey Design, a Traveller Towel by Sandy Cove Trading Company and a print photograph of Sydney sunset by The Frenchie Escapes. There will be three prizes given away to three different participants at the end of the promotional period.

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

This is photography skill contest and winners will be selected on the best photographs and captions. Winners will selected by a member or members of the promoter at 12 William Henry St, Ultimo, NSW, 2007 within the first three business days after the promotional period. Criteria for judgment will be aesthetic of the photograph, composition, subject, caption and theme.

The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via Instagram and asked to provide their address details by email within 48 hours. The prize will be sent to the winner via mail within four weeks of them providing address details. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that Prize.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with participation in this competition or accepting or utilising a prize.
